The headlining exhibition is a rare showcase of national masterpieces from the grand dame of museums—the Musée du Louvre. Featuring a selection of 126 works from various departments and time periods, highlights include the painting Saint Sebastian Bound for Martyrdom by Anthony van Dyck, shown outside of France for the first time; a statue of Jean de la Fontaine by famed sculptor Pierre Julien; and a fragment of a horse head statue from 500 BCE.
