Christian Deydier, the former President of the Biennale des Antiquaires hosted a dinner in honor of Ms. Monica Wong. Having formerly been trained as a chef of The Ritz in Paris, Deydier worked together with Chef Roland of Kee Club to create an exquisite menu for his friends.
