Following exhibitions at Design Shanghai and at DIFFA Dining by Design in New York, André Fu debuted his Scenematic collection with Tai Ping Carpets at an exclusive cocktail party at Galerie Perrotin. The range of distinctive carpet designs was influenced by scenic silhouettes of urban life around the city. Fu commented, “the collection is not about any one single element of a particular city—it represents the very sensual, subliminal cinematographic experience that comes from being immersed in the geometries, light, and reflections of an urban landscape at different times.”
