The lights of the Hong Kong skyline provide a glittering backdrop for a private dinner hosted by Louis Vuitton at Pierre to celebrate the opening of the French brand’s remarkable Time Capsule exhibition, which charts LV’s history since its founding in 1854. Guests enjoyed a menu specially created by Pierre Gagnaire that included sea bream, lobster and veal chops.
