GROM, the new Italian gelateria at IFC Mall in Central celebrated its official opening with a live grand opening party. Serving over 20 flavours that follow two strict principles, the use of the finest ingredients unspoilt by flavourings and emulsifiers along with the use of fresh and seasonal fruit, GROM is the latest offering from Candice Suen-Sieber’s Bite Limited, who is behind other local favourites such as Panino Giusto, Triple O’s, Ciao Chow and Yo Mama and is set to change the landscape of gelato in Hong Kong. Notable guests present included Anne Wang-Liu, Leigh Tung-Chou, Helen Ma and Peter Cheung.
