The music was blasting from Mercedes Me courtesy of dynamic duo Arthur and Thomas Bray—the twin DJs better known as Yeti—who had guests dancing well into the night at the Central hotspot. Following a private dinner hosted by Hong Kong Tatler at Duddell’s to unveil the Generation T 2017 list, guests made their way to Mercedes Me for the Generation T party.
Inside Mercedes Me, many admired the Mercedes-Benz “Red Pig” AMG 300 SEL 6.8, the automakers’ first victorious race car—a centrepiece of the space, in celebration of the automaker's 50th anniversary.
A colourful backdrop of neon lights put a twist on the traditional photo booth, and no party would be complete without suitable libations—particularly popular were the “Gin T” cocktails made specially for the occasion by Victoria Chow’s latest establishment, KWOON by The Woods.
Edwin Chuang, Nicholas Ho, Yen Kuok, Antonia Li, and Queenie Rosita Law were some of the evening’s best dressed, all wearing Theory. Guests were gifted with their own Generation T selfie light, which proved to be a hit. We spotted a number of guests snapping selfies with their Generation T-profiles, scattered along the walls of the venue’s entranceway.
