The Hong Kong Adventist Hospital Foundation partnered with Rue Madame to publish In Our Kitchens, a cookbook that draws together recipes from 50 Hong Kong identities, including Janet Ma, Gaile Lok and Amanda Strang. To celebrate its launch, Jo Soo-Tang, the foundation’s chairwoman, hosted a cocktail party at which guests were able to mingle with the book’s contributors. All proceeds from sales of In Our Kitchens will go to the foundation’s Cancer Fund, which aims to provide timely medical treatment for the underprivileged in Hong Kong and the region.
