Each month Ping Pong ginoteria invites a guest chef from abroad to host a pop-up dinner, proving to be a fitting occasion to shine the light on one of Myanmar’s most popular gastro beer stations, Port Autonomy. Presented by Chef Kevin Ching and Ivan Pun of Pun + Projects, the Port Autonomy pop-up at Ping Pong proved to be a hit amongst those who were lucky enough to secure a seat. Favourite dishes included Chef Kevin’s signature chicken fat fried rice, soft shell crab sandwiches, burmese rainbow tea salad, and Port Autonomy’s signature banana split. Guests included Claire Hsu-Vuchot, Feiping Chang, Mina Park, Calvin Wang, Roni Hiranand, Justin Ng, and Caroline Li.
