Charles is a co-founder and consultant of Woo Kwan Lee & Lo, a former chairman of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing, and a vice-patron of the Community Chest. The recipient of an OBE and a Grand Bauhinia Medal, he is married with two children.
