Executive Chairman of the Bank of East Asia, David graduated with a master’s degree in economics and law from the University of Cambridge. He was a member of the Legislative Council and the Executive Council. David and his wife, Penny, have two sons, Adrian and Brian. He holds the Grand Bauhinia Medal.
