Husband of Amy, Kwok-chuen is chairman of the Rice Group. He is an avid collector of cars, art, antiques, jade, vintage pu’er tea and wine. Kwok-chuen is a former director of the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals and Pok Oi Hospital.
