The chairman of Leighton Investments, Sally has a Gold Bauhinia Star, and is an OBE and a JP. She was the first female chairman of the Po Leung Kuk and received the Asia-Pacific Region Appreciation Award, the highest award given in the region by the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts.
