The entrepreneur tells us about her favourite things and where we might find her outside of the office

The Hong Kong startup world continues to be on the rise – with business incubators such as TusPark HK a key player in the game, we speak to the managing director and co-founder, Joanna Cheung, about her day-to-day and where we might find her outside of TusPark’s various locations:

I’m never really in one area for too long – as I’m often scattered between Central, Causeway Bay, and Kwun Tong – since we are looking to increase our incubation spaces to seventeen by the end of next year.

The best coffee in Hong Kong has got to be at Capo’s Espresso.

My favourite cocktail is an Old Fashioned with an 18-year Laphroaig Single Malt Whisky – no sugar.

My workouts usually involve a round of tennis at the Hong Kong Jockey Club.

Bejuiced is usually the best solution to getting over a long night.

When I feel like splurging I browse Matchesfashion.com – online shopping makes retail therapy all the more relaxing.

When I need to get away from it all – I usually take to the sea to restore the sense of calm.

My guilty pleasure would have to be the cheese plate at On Dining.

When it comes to beauty and maintenance I love getting my hair cut at Uncle Ray’s.

My favourite places to eat are Locofama, The Sports Club, and On Dining.

My first stop upon returning to Hong Kong is my favourite tsukemen place in Causeway Bay – my best-kept secret.
