We speak to the businesswoman about her life in Hong Kong and her love of fine food

When she’s not racing from appointments, meetings, and events, Olivia Lee-Davies like anyone else who enjoys indulging in a cocktail or two or a indulging in a spot of retail therapy.

From her impeccable style to her love for the finer things, the businesswoman tells us all about her life in Hong Kong, from her favourite restaurants to her hunt for a good bellini:

The best part of my job is being able to constantly learn new things and to have deadlines to work towards. It’s a great feeling to know you’re contributing to something you believe in.

My favourite cocktail is a bellini, but unfortunately not a lot of places in Hong Kong serve them like they do in Harry’s Bar in Venice.

It’s important to keep fit and I either go to the gym or, weather permitting, I’ll venture out for a nice walk, either solo or with friends.

After a long night, I always make sure to drink fresh coconut juice and water.

When I’m in the mood to splurge – I’ll indulge in whatever tickles my fancy.

If I need to get away from it all and clear my head, I’ll go and visit my children.

I don’t believe I’m alone in saying that my guilty pleasure is shopping, whether it’s online or in-store, it’s so convenient nowadays it’s almost impossible not to!

When it comes to hair and make-up – I don’t look further than Kim Robinson for my hair and Ginno Alducente for my make-up.

It’s difficult to pinpoint just one of my favourite restaurants, but I love Joel Robuchon’s caviar and Alaskan crabmeat; the watercress soup at Sevva; the 63 degree egg from On Dining; the lettuce salmon roll from Sushi Kuu, hairy crabs from Magdalena Lee’s home, or an abalone dinner at auntie Christina Lee’s home. Lastly, I recently had an unforgettable meal created by Japanese food artist Ayako Suwa at a dinner hosted by Cle de Peau at the Four Seasons Hotel, I do hope I’ll be able to savour her creations again.
