This select group of talented individuals are part of the movers and shakers of the social scene, game-changers in their own right who are making appearances at the most exclusive events. Whether they are emerging creatives, young wine connoisseurs, or fashionistas these faces aren't going anywhere anytime soon.  

Antonia Li

Antonia is the co-founder of creative agency Indicube, which helps design websites as well as provide corporate identities, marketing collateral and brand-development services. She studied social sciences and law at University of Bristol and received her dual-concentration MBA in marketing and entrepreneurship from CUHK. She loves vintage men’s timepieces, travelling, golf, kickboxing and contemporary art.

Arthur de Villepin

After moving to the city in 2010, Arthur became the co-founder of wine label Pont des Arts as well as the chairman of gallery-slash-photographic Paris-based art shop YellowKorner in Greater China. Arthur is the son of former French prime minister Dominique de Villepin and artist Marie-Laure Viébel.

Charlotte Chen

This rising style icon is a former banker, lifestyle blogger and fashion brand strategist who worked alongside emerging labels like Revé by Rene, Kara and jewellery designer Bao Bao Wan.  Most recently, she is co-founder and chief marketer of social travel app Spottly and editor-in-chief of bi-monthly magazine Spottly Insider, a curated travel guide written for locals by locals. She married Ross Pienaar in 2013 and splits her time between Hong Kong and Singapore.

 

Charlotte Hwang

Our 2011 pick for Most Promising Young Woman, Charlotte is the co-founder of jewellery and accessories boutique The9thMuse, and the fundraising director of hunger relief charity Foodlink Foundation. She received her bachelor’s degrees in hospitality administration and French from Boston University. The daughter of Tony and Vanessa, Charlotte is engaged to longtime boyfriend Ian Ngai. Their wedding is taking place in the summer of 2015.

Chelsea Chau

The stylish daughter of Kevin and Reina Chau is making waves in the social scene. She was unveiled to society in 2008 at Le Bal des Débutantes de Paris (also known as the Crillon Ball) and has gone on to model for a Roger Vivier campaign. Chelsea graduated from Stanford in 2011 and attended the Gemological Institute of America in New York.

Harris Chan

After graduating from the London College of Fashion and taking over as creative director of Hong Kong brand Moiselle in 2009, Harris has reinvigorated the house with opulent and approachable collections. Moiselle, started by his parents in 1997, currently has stores across Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, Singapore and Taiwan, and Harris has aims to take the brand even further afield.

Jamie Lee

After moving back to Hong Kong from Los Angeles in 2010 to pursue an MBA at CUHK, Jamie co-founded Crossfit 852, which offers intensive community-oriented fitness training, with friend David Chang. For a happier, healthier life, the amiable Jamie recommends consuming a balanced diet and working out at least five or six times a week.

 

Jonathan Cheung

Jonathan is a managing partner at Buzz Concepts alongside Benedict and Jaime Ku. With a bachelor’s degree from Parsons School of Design and a master’s from University College London, he focuses on the brand-building and trend-tracking sides of the business, which includes hotspots such as Volar, Fly, Lily & Bloom and Tiger Curry.

Thibault Pontallier

The co-founder of art and wine label Pont des Arts, Thibault moved to Hong Kong five years ago as brand ambassador to the illustrious Bordeaux wine estate Château Margaux, for which his father, Paul, is the managing director. Thibault graduated from HEC Paris with a double-master’s degree in management. Before moving to Asia, he lived and worked in France, Vietnam, Norway, Italy, the US and Spain.

Tina Leung

This girl-about-town is a style maven, freelance stylist, blogger and jetsetter who attends Fashion Weeks and events around the world. She has her own wildly popular blog, Tina Loves, which documents her adventures in the world of fashion. As a stylist, Tina has worked with editorial titles such as Hong Kong Tatler and other Asia Tatler editions, Italian Vogue, Marie Claire, Harper’s Bazaar and Modern Weekly, and has worked closely with luxury brands including Dior, Tod’s and Valentino.

Xuan Mu
Born in Vietnam but of Chinese descent, this restaurateur launched the nightclub Play and is the founder and managing director of Maximal Concepts, which owns and operates eateries including Mott 32, Brickhouse, Fish & Meat, Blue Butcher and Stockton. The group’s latest venture is its first outside Central—Limewood in Repulse Bay’s The Pulse. Xuan is also the founder and director of Mayfair Realty, a boutique property brokerage that deals with commercial and residential properties in Hong Kong and overseas markets.
