Joyce raises the bar this season with “Explore and Experience”, a series of events and initiatives brought to life through an exclusive collaboration with renowned stylist and member of the ‘bloggerati’, Erica Pelosini, who partnered with acclaimed fashion photographer, Mike Rosenthal.

Palm Springs, California, the area that once epitomised old Hollywood glamour, inspired the perfect backdrop to showcase the season’s hottest looks paying homage to the 1970s era of A-Line silhouettes, eclectic prints, and a soft colour palette.

A regular on street-style blogs and well-known for her luxury meets rock-and-roll style aesthetic, Erica Pelosini tells Hong Kong Tatler about her experience of styling the campaign and what she’s looking forward to this season:

Hong Kong Tatler: What do you like most about Hong Kong?
Erica Pelosini: I love Hong Kong; it is a pocket size world city! You feel a very strong Asian tradition mixed with Western culture. I like the energy, the food, the people and their avant-garde style.

HKT: What was the most enjoyable and most challenging aspect about working on the campaign for Joyce?
EP: Working with the most amazing team for one of the most inspiring stores!

HKT: Which is your favourite shot from the campaign?
EP: I think shooting in Frank Sinatra’s house with his piano and vinyls. It was incredibly special, and the vintage car was a perfect addition. It was perhaps one of my greatest shoots to date.

HKT: What upcoming collections and shows are you excited about?
EP: Each season is a surprise; I'm looking forward to seeing what the designers will be showing this season. Will keep my eye on Balmain, Pucci, Saint Laurent, Fausto Puglisi, and Mary Katranzou.

HKT: What do you love most about your job?
EP: I love being able to travel and being surrounded by creative people from different cultures, telling a different story through beautiful photos.

HKT: What fashion/style trends are you excited about?
EP: I don't really believe in trends, I get more excited with beautiful and creative designs, I hugely believe that fashion is a form of art.

HKT: What beauty trends are you looking forward to?
EP: Nude. I love beauty and the simplicity of a nude colour palette. I believe taking care of your skin and I find the best secret is moisturising cream, mascara and natural messy hair.

HKT: Any designers you think people should have their eye on, any rising stars?
EP: Mary Katrantzou! A dear friend and one of the most talented and incredible people I know!
