Hong Kong’s not known for sporting prowess, but Ant is changing that. At 16, he was the youngest player to represent Hong Kong in rugby sevens and, five years later, became the team’s captain. After discovering the intense sport of CrossFit in 2012, Ant opened a gym with his equally hunky older brother, Ed, and proceeded to smash the competition in Asia with multiple wins, including gold at last year’s Asia Championships. The 26-year-old Eurasian sensation is now taking on an international field, notching up impressive results at the CrossFit Games Pacific Regionals, where commentators labelled him “the ladies’ choice,” no doubt for his man-bun, tattoos and, yes, that insanely ripped physique.
