If your New Year’s resolution has already worn off, the W Hong Kong might just be able to get you back on the bandwagon. Presenting four different workouts throughout March, get ready to work up a sweat with expert instructors, post-workout refreshments and a live DJ set to cool down to.

March 4: Get Up and Dance

Get moving with a high-energy dance aerobics class, followed by a meditative cooldown. Lead by classically-trained dancer and one of Hong Kong’s favourite spin instructors Aparna Gambhir, this is a full body workout that will energise you with a fun and fast-paced playlist.

March 11: Bodyweight Warrior

If you want to build strength, John Chan is your man. The personal trainer and gymnast will lead a session in body conditioning and callisthenics. It’s perfect for toning up and increasing core strength, so any Spartan wannabes should sign up for this one.

March 18: Find Your Flow

Find your centre with Abhishek Agrawal, expert yogi and certified pilates instructor, and GuavaPass, a community of fitness experts and fanatics. This yoga class will help focus your mind and strengthen your body with stimulating poses and moves.

March 25: PHITT

Co-hosted by GuavaPass, this high-intensity workout is led by Jason Clark, founder of PilatesAthlete Hong Kong. The interval training uses pilates to break up the intensity, giving you a full body workout.

The Sweat It Out fitness series runs every Saturday in March from 11am-2pm at the Wet Pool (76/F, W Hong Kong).
