Celebrating Italy’s diverse cuisine across the country’s different regions, esteemed pizzeria 208 Duecento Otto is presenting a monthly special menu, debuting this month with Veneto. The establishment’s executive chef Michael Bolam has designed a four-course menu available during dinner service, featuring dishes such as buttermilk frog leg with savoy cabbage and lardo di colonnata, cuttlefish and pea risotto, pizza Trevigiana, and polenta and fruitcake with vanilla custard.
