For two nights only, Ship Street’s popular restaurant showcases prized truffles in a seven-course limited menu

Celebrating the peak harvest of Western Australian black truffles, 22 Ships executive chef Aaron Gillespie is presenting a special seven-course black truffle menu, featuring not only the season’s best tuber, but also Australia’s seasonal produce in a two-day culinary showcase. The set menu, available for only two nights, features a number of simple truffle dishes, including duck donuts with truffle mayonnaise and truffle ice cream, together with a number of the restaurant’s classics with a special twist. The special truffle menu is priced at HK$598 per person.
