1. Sunday roast at Gough's On Gough

One thing most Brits cannot live without is a good ol’ Sunday roast. A proper one is hard to find in Hong Kong, which is why it's fantastic news that Gough’s On Gough has announced that they're introducing this much-loved weekend tradition.  

Led by head chef Arron Rhodes, a born-and-raised Brit himself, the Sunday roast menu begins with a selection of fresh and sustainably sourced seafood including French oysters, Madagascan prawns, as well as clams and mussels from Holland. The main attraction features a roast sirloin of Devonshire beef with Yorkshire pudding, crispy roast potatoes and charred vegetables.

The Ultimate Sunday Roast Brunch (HK$498 per person) is available every Sunday afternoon with free-flow packages on offer.

2. Lala Brunch at The Envoy

Keep your creativity flowing at The Envoy by indulging in Hong Kong’s design-focused brunch. Curated by Hong Kong-based modern home décor brand Lala Curio, Lala Brunch offers an upbeat ambience inspired by chinoiserie and birds of paradise.

Set against an Instagram-friendly backdrop, the three-course brunch menu is filled with dishes and desserts such as pan-seared halibut with zucchini noodles, sauteed gnocchi and pancetta, truffle fettuccine and more. With beautifully hand-crafted bird cocktails and free-flow G.H. MUMM champagne on offer, you will want to stick around for their after-brunch party as well.

Lala Brunch (HK$580 per person) is available on March 24 from noon to 3:00 pm, with the after party starting from 3:00 pm till 6:00 pm.

3. Unlimited caviar and champagne brunch at Whisk

Fresh seafood fans, rejoice! With unlimited French farmed sturgeon caviar, freshly shucked oysters, and BBQ Boston lobster on offer, Whisk is set to impress with its caviar and champagne brunch every quarter.

As well as a generous selection of seafood, the semi-buffet lunch also offers unlimited servings of char-grilled Australian wagyu beef, baked mussels with garlic butter as well as mains from the kitchen such as lobster and egg benedict, confit salmon fillet, and Yamato pork.

4. Weekend antipasti buffet at Porterhouse

Celebrating his southern Italian roots, Porterhouse’s executive chef Angelo Vecchio introduces nostalgic bites to the new antipasti buffet. With more than 10 different types of antipasti, you will be spoilt with a generous amount of Italian cold-cuts and Raclette cheese.

Whether you are a meat lover or a seafood lover, you will be well taken care of as the weekend buffet features roast French chicken, Spanish Iberico suckling pig, and Rangers Valley wagyu rib-eye roast beef at their carving station. Over at the seafood station, you will be able to slurp your fill of internationally-sourced seafood such as French oysters, Australian lobster, Norwegian king crab and more.

5. La Dolce Vita wine lunch at Tosca

Inspired by the iconic 1960 Federico Fellini’s film “La Dolce Vita”, you will now be able to find yourself living the sweet life every weekend at Tosca with its authentic Italian gastronomy, handpicked fine wines, interactive cooking shows and wine tasting sessions with industry insiders.

On arrival, guests will be greeted at Almas caviar bar with an amuse-bouche, where the hotel sommelier and wine insiders will share insights over sips of Lombardian wines. Moving on to the main dining area, a five-course menu will be served at live stations where polenta is served freshly out of an Italian heating pot, risotto being tossed in a giant Parmesan wheel and a dessert corner with cooking demonstrations.
