This June, switch things up a little with new (and some limited) cocktail experiences in Hong Kong

Summers are for relaxing, and we can often be found enjoying a tipple or two after work. We round-up some of the best new cocktail experience in Hong Kong, including menus curated by award-winning bartenders and some guest bartender stints.


AQUA

What: An all-new martini menu curated by World Class Bartender of the Year 2013, David Rios. Four cocktails are available, including Eastern Martini (Tanqueray Ten, manzanilla sherry, lychee liqueur, lime twist, olive and almonds.

CRAFTY COW

What: A buy-one-get-one special on signature cocktails, including a series of new beer-based cocktails that incorporate craft brews, such as 3GS (Tanqueray Ten, grapefruit juice, Matso’s ginger beer) and Straw”berry” Heaven (strawberry puree, vodka, Mountain Goat Steam Ale.)

LOBSTER BAR

What: Mixologist Tom Walker, who won the Bacardi Legacy Global Cocktail Competition in 2014, will be showing off his winning concoction for a few days this June. The ‘Maid in Cuba’ is a refreshing blend of white run, fresh mint and cucumber with sweet-and-sour mix, topped with soda and absinthe spritz. Other special cocktails will be available on a dedicated menu during his visit.

MO BAR

What: Complimentary Italian bites served on a three-tiered tray at MO Bar’s brand new aperitivo, available to guests who order a bottle or red or white wine, or a pitcher of Italian Peroni beer.

What: A seasonal cocktail menu inspired by summer fruits, with pop-up events (features frozen drinks and tropical tunes) and guest bartenders on Tuesday throughout June. Special cocktails include Blackberry on Rye – Michters Rye Whiskey, pinot noir, fresh blackberries, fresh lemon juice, and plum bitters.
