This Christmas, Kitchen at W Hong Kong is the place to be pampered. The kitchen at the restaurant is presenting all-tiime festive favourites with a new twist, such as lemongrass and Thai basil whole roasted turkey and Mediterranean-style Australian lamb rack with mint jelly, complete with trimmings and side dishes such as roasted pumpkin, braised chestnuts, roasted Brussels sprouts, stir-fried kale and broccoli and black truffle potato puree.

Christmas will not be complete without puddings, showcased at the festive dessert buffet spread featuring Valrhona chocolate fountain, strawberry-vanilla panna cotta, W Christmas tree chestnut cake, red wine cinnamon jelly with red belly, caramel pear chocolate cake and more.
