Authentic Chinese delicacies including Chinese New Year puddings, festive tea sets and more will be available at the Tsim Sha Tsui hotel's Cantonese restaurant

This Chinese New Year, Hotel Icon is offering an extraordinary feast with a selection of dish highlights from Above & Beyond. In addition, enjoy Chinese New Year puddings, festive delights, and stand a chance to win prizes exclusively made by award-winning eco-designer, Janko Lam, founder of local Hong Kong fashion label Classics Anew.

Up at Above & Beyond on the 28th floor, executive chef Paul Tsui, has created three flavours of Chinese New Year puddings: turnip pudding with Yunnan ham and preserved meat; taro pudding with conpoy and preserved meat; and New Year brown sugar pudding, available from now until 15 February 2018 and priced at HK$288 each.

Meanwhile, the restaurant will also offer an indulgent afternoon tea, featuring savoury options and sweet ones such as mango and pomelo puddings. Available from 20 January until 28 February 2018 every Saturday, Sunday and public holiday, the tea set is priced at HK$438 for two persons.

As for items on the Chinese New Year dinner menus, diners can enjoy dishes such as wok-fried pork tongue and dried oyster for a prosperous and joyful year ahead. The dishes are available from 6 February to 5 March 2018.
