Celebrating the arrival of the white truffle season, Aqua Group’s British restaurant Statement is sourcing its earthy delight from Tuscany through the Savini family, where truffles under oak trees have been gathered and harvested by specially trained dogs.  
 
The British restaurant’s white truffle highlights include notable dishes such as slow-cooked organic egg with pumpkin, sage, and roasted chicken jus; smoked duck breast and spelt risotto with white truffle mascarpone. The five-course white truffle menu is priced at HK$688 per person. At an additional cost guests can enjoy additional white truffles shaved tableside, as well as an option for an additional wine pairing at HK488 per person.
