The Italian restaurant at the Pottinger Hong Kong presents a night of gourmet food and romance

This Valentine’s Day, Gradini at The Pottinger Hong Kong is launching a unique night of Italian gastronomy prepared by chef Cano. The evening begins with warm spiny lobster, black garlic rouille and Arbequina caviaroli; ravioli with crabmeat and herbs; grilled Kobe beef hanging tender with slow-cooked wagyu beef cheek, pan-fried foie gras and seasonal vegetable as main course. The romantic dinner finishes with chef Cano’s Love Forest dessert, where sponge cake is served with green tea mousse and embellished with an edible butterfly and rose. Gradini’s Valentine’s Day dinner will run two seatings, with a three-course menu available from 6:00pm to 8:00pm priced at HK$1,488 for two; and a four-course menu from 8:30 pm to 11:00 pm at HK$1,888 for two. Reservations are strongly recommended.
