The Chinese Library has created a menu specially crafted for lovers this Valentine’s Day. Diners can enjoy a union of intricately sliced  black and white chicken with Sichuan pepper and spring onion oil and delicately stewed sea cucumber with chicken broth followed by strawberry and red bean cake  served with a warming passion fruit tea. These dishes are part of The Chinese Library’s seven-dish Valentine’s Day dinner, priced at HK$1,888 for two which includes two glasses of Veuve Clicquot Champagne. Make sure to stop by The Dispensary bar for the ultimate lover’s libation. The Seduction (HK$128) is made with sole gin, rose liqueur, homemade raspberry and & strawberry shrub, lemon juice and egg white, topped with crushed roses.
