The hotel's seafood restaurant is offering a romantic repast accompanied by a panoramic harbour view

This Valentine’s Day, Sheraton’s Oyster & Wine Bar is presenting a unique five-course dinner menu for lovers. The hotel’s executive chef Thibault Chiumenti designed a unique menu for the occasion, beginning with Hokkaido scallop carpaccio and duo of foie gras, followed by a choice between a duo of Australian wagyu or Brittany blue lobster, followed by desserts of either vanilla strawberry mousse or chocolate bar topped with gold leaf. The Oyster & Wine Bar Valentine’s Day dinner is priced at HK$1,588 per person. Guests ordering the Valentine’s Day harbour view dinner menu on February 14 will receive a complimentary The Leo Diamond ‘Forever and Ever’ bracelet and HK$1,000 in shopping vouchers.
