Audrey Eschemann has been newly appointed as the restaurant’s bar manager, and her debut collection of drinks aims to deliver both flavour and fun

Having participated in bartending competitions from around the world, Audrey Eschemann is settling down in Hong Kong to take up the position as bar manager at Aberdeen Street Social. The celebrated mixologist will shake and stir things up with creative new drinks at the two-storey restaurant at PMQ

As runner-up at the L’Angoustrua Global Challenge in France in 2014 and a semi-finalist at this year’s Bacardi Legacy’s competition in Argentina, Eschemann transposes her creativity through the array of the brand new cocktails featuring a wide variety of spirits from whiskies to gin and mescal, combined with homemade infusions and tantalising flavours. Eschemann’s signatures include:

  • - Not Going Tequila (tequila, lapsang suchong tea syrup, chilli, angostura bitters)
    - Aberdeen Royal Flush (Chivas 12 years, Summer Cup liquid, red wine reduction, cinnamon smoke)
    - Pump of the Jam (Spicy rum, berry jam, lemon juice, Tabasco, hibiscus rooibos tea)
    - Absynccino (Absynthe Pernod, coffee, chocolate syrup, mint)
