The one-night menu features seven courses of sweet romantic celebrations with a unique cocktail for the occasion

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and Aberdeen Street Social will be presenting a seven-course special tasting menu with an additional wine pairing option on the night.

Created and prepared by the kitchen team led by chef Chris Whitmore, the Valentine’s Day menu celebrates sweet love and romance with seven courses of gourmet including notable dishes such as:

- Sweetcorn and cucumber ‘fairy cakes’, dill cream and cucumber powder
- Shigoku oyster, dashi, melon, yuzu
- Celeriac tortellini, black truffle
- Lobster linguini, black truffle, Meyer lemon and mushroom bisque
- Apple tarte tatin, vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce

The seven-course menu rounds up with a contemporary execution of British petit fours. The one-night celebration menu is priced at HK$888 per person, with creative wine pairing package at an additional HK$488 per person.
