The seven-seat caviar bar serves up premium sustainable caviar, Balik salmon and drinks to match

Located on the 102nd floor of the Ritz Carlton Hong Kong and adjacent to establishments such as Tin Lung Heen and Tosca , Almas – this new, seven-seat caviar bar – delivers an array of world’s premium caviar with drinks to match.

The hotel’s latest addition greets diners with a four-metre chandelier, lighting up the elegant bar which makes extensive use of dark wood and leather furnishings. The bar takes its name after premium caviar Almas Persicus, a rare variety found in the Acipenser Persicus sturgeon of the Caspian Sea. Served the traditional way over warm blinis, crème fraiche, chopped red onions, egg white and lemon wedges, five caviars are available for guests to choose from,including:

- Tradition
- Paris
- Heritage
- Oscietra classic

To enhance the experience, guests can pair their selections with drinks such as Caviar House Champagne Brut, Caviar House Champagne Rose, or Beluga Vodka Classic, as well as an exclusive variety of Balik salmon fillet named Fillet Tsar Nikolaj No. 1. This particular product is made with salmon harvested from the Barents Sea in Scandinavia, and made according to a closely-guarded recipe developed since the reign of the last Russian Tsar Nikolaj II.

The Almas Caviar Bar opens daily from 5:00pm to 11:00pm. Reservations are strongly recommended.
