The master of Chilean gastronomy joins Richard Ekkebus to present an innovative crossover menu

After successful collaborations with the likes of Virgilio Martinez, Andre Chiang, and Martin Benn, Richard Ekkebus of Amber is set for his four-hand collaboration with Rodolfo Guzman of Chile’s Borago Restaurant. For two days in January 2018, guests can sample the unique cuisine from the Santiago-based establishment, which is currently placed 42nd on the 2017 World’s 50 Best Restaurant list.

On January 23 and 24, Borago’s frontman Rodolfo Guzman is set to present his contemporary Chilean signatures created with lesser-known wild ingredients sourced and foraged from all over Chile, expressed in a unique menu representing the country’s expansive terroir. The use of native herbs and indigenous seafood are some of his favourite ingredients to be featured on his restaurant’s menu, with some set to be featured at this collaboration event. Guzman will join forces with Ekkebus to design the eight-course menu, priced at HK$2988 per guest.  Prices include dinner as well as a complimentary signed copy of Borago: Coming From The South by Rodolfo Guzman.
