The celebrated Vietnamese restaurant in Festival Walk is launching a Taste Of Vietnam dinner set menu for sharing

Exploring a nostalgic journey of premium Vietnamese cuisine, An Nam at Festival Walk is launching a new dinner menu for parties of four or six, sharing an authentic taste of the beloved Southeast Asian country. Guests can select two appetisers (three if opting for the six person menu) from a line-up including Saigon shrimp toast, deep-fried spring rolls, Thu Duc chicken satay, green mango shredded chicken salad, steamed rice flan in Hue style, and garlic and butter chicken wings. A selection of two main courses (three if opting for the six person menu) are available, including the restaurant’s signature Mekong river prawn with glass noodle in clay pot, An Nam signature jumbo river prawns, fried marble goby, An Nam sautéed Angus beef cubes, duck a l’orange, An Nam roasted chicken, lemongrass pork chop, chargrilled pork balls with banh hoi, and assorted vegetables in clay pot and Vietnamese rice noodles. The dinner menu for sharing is complete with black sesame dumplings with purple sticky rice as dessert. The An Nam dinner set is available from now until the end of August.
