An Nam Focus

This summer, Causeway Bay’s An Nam is launching a brand new range of lunch sets. Guests can begin with a light appetiser platter, or fresh rice paper rolls filled with shrimp and pork as well as Vietnamese green mango and papaya salad, followed by various main courses to choose from. The new set lunches are set to showcase signature main course creations such as Hoi An chicken rice, where tender chicken is served with marinated onions and Vietnamese herbs, served alongside fragrant yellow rice. Other recommended dishes include Vietnamese spring rolls and pork salami with cold vermicelli, Haiphong-style mixed glass noodles with crabmeat, shrimp and pork salami, Southern Vietnamese fried noodles with shrimp and chicken, chargrilled lemongrass pork chop with mixed vegetable fried rice and lemongrass garoupa fillets curry served with French bread.
