The popular Vietnamese restaurant is showcasing new dishes to warm up the season

Festival Walk’s An Nam is presenting a new collection of winter delicacies, including an array of hot pot dishes such as braised lamb brisket with lemongrass hot pot, Vietnamese sautéed chicken with chilli in clay pot, poached jumbo clams in chef’s own hot and sour sauce, baked river prawns with garlic and mushrooms, as well as the restaurant’s new almond panna cotta as desserts.

The new winter dishes are available at An Name from now until the end of February 2018.
