The Italian restaurant at Conrad Hong Kong celebrates the beginning of white truffle harvest season

For one night only on October 11, guests at Conrad Hong Kong’s Italian restaurant Nicholini’s can enjoy an exclusive five-course white truffle tasting menu designed and crafted by the restaurant’s chef Riccardo Catarsi. The celebration marks the beginning of the white truffle harvest season, with the kitchen’s white diamond to be featured in Catarsi’s season-driven Italian fare, paired with Italian fine wines selected by the hotel’s sommelier. Guests can indulge in the celebratory white truffle dishes alongside live performance by Hong Kong born pianist Jacqueline Leung. The opulent white truffle night begins at 7:00 pm with reception and dinner commencing at 7:30 pm, priced at HK$1,788 per person.
