Two Aqua outposts are bringing a new take on weekend dining with new offerings and cocktails to match

Weekend brunch has evolved from an occasional splurge to a regular reward of comfort, and for enjoying gourmet food and free flow drinks with good company. Two of Aqua group’s restaurants are presenting new way to brunch starting this month.

The new brunch promises a sharing experience among friends and family. Both Tsim Sha Tsui’s Aqua and Central's Armani/ Aqua are introducing this new concept, featuring not only the restaurants’ signature food offerings, but also an option for free flow including Verve Clicquot champagne, sake, and cocktails.

At Peking Road’s Aqua, guests are encouraged to enjoy the new sharing brunch alongside a panoramic view of the Victoria harbour, starting with an unlimited platters of Parma ham, Sicilian red prawns, and spicy salami, as well as an option of rich and creamy burrata cheese. A Japanese platter is also on offer with daily selection of fresh seafood imported from Japan, together with freshly made sushi rolls.

Guests are also offered the restaurant’s signature long plate for an additional HK$118 per portion, each showcasing Aqua’s creative takes on traditional sushi rolls. An array of unlimited fresh pastas are served at the table, including varieties such as ravioli pasta filled with spinach and ricotta and handmade cavatelli with Arriabbata sauce, among many.

At Central’s Armani/Aqua, guests preferring brunch at their own pace can select a buffet-style starters from a spread of sushi, fresh sashimi, as well as Italian cured meats, antipasti, cheeses and cooked to order pasta, before sharing platters of mains such as Hokkaido fried salmon with truffle tartar sauce are served, followed by a signature dessert platter showcasing homemade tiramisu, yuzu panna cotta, a ‘sakura forest’ and molten lava chocolate cake, available at both restaurants.

Cocktail lovers are in for a treat, as both restaurants are serving some of the brand’s signature cocktails in golden goblets for sharing. Guests who wish to continue on for an after-brunch party at Armani/ Prive in Central have an additional free-flow option of HK$250 per person from 4pm to 7pm on weekends.

The new sharing brunch is available at both Aqua and Armani/Aqua starting at HK$448, available from 12pm to 3pm on weekends and public holidays.
