Aqua Launches New Homegrown Garden Menu
Promotion: September 4 - November 30, 2019 (8 days left)
Tsim Sha Tsui’s Aqua is launching its first exclusive menu featuring herbs that are homegrown within the restaurant’s premises. Showcasing herbs that are rarely appreciated and featured in mainstream restaurants in Hong Kong, the Japanese-Italian restaurant is taking them to the spotlight as they add freshness to six new dishes. Guests can indulge in the chilled beetroot, champagne jelly and summer fruit gazpacho with homegrown oxalis; lotus wood, avocado and fig sushi with homegrown mitsuba as vegetarian options, followed by pan-fried Hokkaido scallops with homegrown sorrel pesto and crème fraiche; as well as grilled wagyu sirloin and sea urchin hoba misoyaki with homegrown pakuchi. The new collection of homegrown dishes are available from now until end of November 2019.
Aside from homegrown herb menu selections, guests at Aqua’s Because Brunch on weekends and public holidays will receive a complimentary jar of homemade pesto prepared with these exclusive herbs that are grown in-house. The establishment’s Because Brunch is priced at HK$688 per person, inclusive of free-flowing Veuve Clicquot champagne, sake, wine, and signature cocktails.
