The Italian-Japanese establishment relaunches new weekend delights with new Italian favourites

This summer, Aqua is launching a new Italian edition of its signature ‘Because Brunch’, where guests and indulge in a free flow of Aperol Spritz, negroni, and Laurent-Perrier champagne with a wide range of Italian delicacies. The brunch begins with antipasti such as 24-month aged Parma ham and Bologna mortadella with seasonal roasted vegetables, burrata with tomatoes, followed by truffle risotto in grana Padano wheel presented tableside, as well as a cheesemaker making fresh burrata cheese on Sundays and public holidays. These new additions are served alongside a selection of the restaurant’s signature Italian and Japanese dishes and Italian dessert platter, which includes Italian doughnuts, and miniature gelato cones. Aqua’s new Italian brunch is available on weekends and public holidays from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm from now until July 28. The brunch is priced at HK$688 per person, inclusive of an unlimited refill of Laurent-Perrier champagne, sake, wine, and signature cocktails. Guests can also indulge in an additional Italian cheese platter featuring taleggio, parmesan, and gorgonzola for an additional HK$90 per person.
