Renowned chef Yusuke Takada of the acclaimed restaurant in Japan collaborates with Eric Raty for a three-day culinary showcase

This August, chef Yusuke Takada of Osaka’s esteemed restaurant La Cime is heading to Hong Kong for a three-day gourmet showcase with Eric Raty of Arbor. Having spent his childhood in Japan’s Amami islands, Takada learned respect for fresh ingredients at a young age. Finnish Eric Raty has honed his culinary craft with measured skills, seasonal flair, and tasteful creativity as Arbor’s chef de cuisine. From August 29 to 31, the two chefs will present a vibrant expression of French fine dining this month. The four-hands event will feature dishes prepared with premium produce and harvest from both land and sea. The nine-course ingredient-oriented dinner menu is priced at HK$3,688 per person.
