The Central restaurant is launching a new way for diners to enjoy Eric Raty's refined cuisine

Living with the coronavirus pandemic has led takeout to be the new norm, and Arbor is here to debut their takeaway and delivery services catering to those who may not want to venture out for a sit-down meal but still craving for posh nosh. Two Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant Arbor—a Tatler Dining Top 20 restaurant—has built a deserved reputation for combining seasonal Japanese ingredients and refined Nordic sensibilities to create sharp, bright flavours.

Finnish chef de cuisine Eric Räty has curated an “Arbor at Home” four-course takeaway set, priced at HK$2,500 for two persons (or HK$3,800 for four persons), which includes a delightfully creamy chestnut soup, lobster ramen, decadent pigeon foie gras pie with morel and black truffle sauce, and an alluring chocolate ginger cake created with 64 per cent dark chocolate, Dekopon orange and candied ginger.

The take-home set comes with simple reheating instructions, allowing guests to recreate the Nordic-Japanese magic in their kitchens within a few steps. Delivery service is available at HK$150 (HK Island) or HK$250 (Kowloon). Diners are advised to place their orders 24 hours in advance, which are expected to be picked up or delivered by 6:00pm every day.
