Chefs Yusuke Takada and Eric Räty are set to reunite with a three-day celebration featuring rich ingredients from Fukuoka

This November, Central’s Arbor is welcoming back Japan’s La Cime from Osaka in a four-hands degustation celebration. From November 7 to 9, guests can indulge in a special tasting menu designed by Arbor’s own Eric Räty and La Cime’s Yusuke Takada. Together they will present a menu inspired by the culinary voyage of discovery through Fukuoka’s best seasonal produce, with dishes that fuse innovative French techniques. In early September, chefs Räty and Takada visited Fukuoka together, meeting local farmers, food suppliers and restaurant owners in search of inspiration for the special collaboration. The three-day event will showcase the best of Fukuoka, including sweet Asari clams, Kawatake river weed, mikan citrus, and Minokotobuki sake, Matsu kinoko mushrooms, and Sazae sea snails. A nine-course dinner is available from November 7 to 9, priced at HK$2,998 per person, while a four-course lunch is available at HK$988 per person on November 8 and 9.
