Chefs Eric Raty and Noboru Arai join forces in creating exclusive four-hands degustation experience

Since its opening in 2018, T.Dining Top 20 Restaurants 2019 winner Arbor has impressed guests local and abroad in its innovative harmony between French techniques and premium Japanese ingredients, where chef Eric Raty shines through his enchanting cuisine with natural flavours. His philosophy will extend through his four-hands collaboration with Noboru Arai, chef-owner of Tokyo’s Hommage. Arai’s acclaimed restaurant pays strong respect to nature, while keeping a fine balance between Japanese and French elements through his menu. From April 11 to 13, Raty and Arai will design their first collaboration together, crafting an exclusive four-course lunch menu, priced at HK$1,288 per person, as well as a nine-course dinner menu at HK$2,888 per person.
