Netflix’s Final Table star presents casual, all-day Australian fare in his sophomore establishment

After a debut of vegetable-driven dishes earlier this year at Tong Chong Street Market, Shane Osborn’s Cornerstone opens its doors in Soho. The new contemporary Australian establishment is set to showcase all-day offerings in a relaxed setting.

Designed by interior architect Sean Dix, Osborn’s sophomore restaurant—the follow up to Top 20 Best Restaurants awardee Arcane—exudes modern style with clean lines along its banquette seating, inviting natural light on grey tones spread throughout the 24-seat restaurant.

Cornerstone’s food offerings are crafted by resident head chef Neal Ledesma, including noteworthy signatures such as ox heart tomatoes with basil pesto, burrata and oakleaf; yellowfin tuna with pomelo, yuzu, fennel, and ginger; and wagyu bavette with red onion, rocket, ciabatta, and mustard mayonnaise. Restaurant manager and sommelier Didier Yang helps curate the establishment’s 50-bottle wine list, comprising of labels featuring unique grape varieties from lesser known regions such as Japan and Uruguay.

Cornerstone welcomes walk-ins only and is open all-day from Tuesday to Sunday.
