The star of Netflix’s The Final Table is set to present casual fare at his modern Australian bistro with a special one-day pop-up event

This March, chef Shane Osborn is opening his sophomore restaurant in Central, as a follow up to his wildly successful Arcane. With this second restaurant, the star of Netflix’s The Final Table will be presenting a more casual approach to contemporary Australian fare.
 
Osborn’s new restaurant will continue to bring refreshing touches to new Australian cuisine. Together with his head chef Neal Ledesma, Osborn will debut two of Cornerstone’s special treats at a pop-up with a T.Dining collaboration at the Tong Chong Street Market in February. The one-day-exclusive event pays homage to the fruitful harvest of organic produce from local farms. On February 10, the Cornerstone chef duo will prepare a warm and hearty soupe au pistou, and a salt-baked local beetroot with ras el hanout sour cream from a special food truck as part of a teaser of the new restaurant’s offerings.
