From 17 to 31 March 2019, Mandarin Grill + Bar partners with artist Konstantin Bessmertny and Art Advisory CONSIGG to transform into an exclusive gallery. Themed as ‘Go East’, diners will be surrounded by surreal works and contemporary Asian art, while the hotel’s executive chef Robin Zavou has crafted his own creations inspired by the artworks. His four-course menu is available at HK$1,488 per person for both lunch and dinner, alongside the full à la carte menu.
