The city’s best restaurants will delight Asia Miles members with unique dining adventures and special masterclasses
Following a successful wave of dining experiences in November and December of 2017, Asia Miles is kicking into high gear with an array of brand new dining experiences set to take flight in January 2018, from unique culinary masterclass to dining adventures and dining rewards.
Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen is showcasing two Wellington masterclasses this January. The British restaurant is set to present a beef Wellington masterclass on January 13, 2018, where the restaurant’s head chef Gareth Packham will demonstrate the art of creating the popular beef Wellington, a British classic. On January 27, chef Packham is set to bring back an encore masterclass of the popular lobster Wellington class. Both classes are completed with a selection of the restaurant’s signature canapes and desserts and will be held at Bread Street Kitchen and Bar on their respective dates.
