The city’s best restaurants will delight Asia Miles members with unique dining adventures and special masterclasses

Following a successful wave of dining experiences in November and December of 2017, Asia Miles is kicking into high gear with an array of brand new dining experiences set to take flight in January 2018, from unique culinary masterclass to dining adventures and dining rewards.

Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen is showcasing two Wellington masterclasses this January. The British restaurant is set to present a beef Wellington masterclass on January 13, 2018, where the restaurant’s head chef Gareth Packham will demonstrate the art of creating the popular beef Wellington, a British classic. On January 27, chef Packham is set to bring back an encore masterclass of the popular lobster Wellington class. Both classes are completed with a selection of the restaurant’s signature canapes and desserts and will be held at Bread Street Kitchen and Bar on their respective dates. Classes begin at 7:00 pm and is priced at HK$888 per person (all inclusive). Reservations can be made with Asia Miles membership number through email at reservations.bsk@diningconcepts.com .

Also on the Asia Miles January roster of unique dining experiences is a Coffee Roasting Tour at The Roastery Lab. First opened in July 2017, the coffee-oriented outpost of The Coffee Academics lends its micro-roasting operations that demonstrate the art of processing coffee from bean to cup. With a focus on specialty coffees, The Roastery Lab not only offers a carefully curated coffee programme, it also offers a glimpse into the roasting process. This January, Asia Miles members will have the opportunity to experience the full-on coffee experience.

Members joining the coffee-roasting workshop will also receive a 180g package of a personalised bespoke blend of specialty coffee beans. The tour is priced at HK$398 per guest, and reservations can be made through email at classes@the-coffeeacademics.com.

Aside from unique dining experiences, Asia Miles members can also earn extra miles through dining out at more than 200 restaurants all over Hong Kong. On Mondays members can enjoy a special dining-to-miles offer of one mile per HK$1 spent. Some of the month’s highlight restaurants include The Ocean by Olivier Bellin, The Langham’s T’ang Court, Kishoku, and The Pawn. Members with dine-in experiences with HK$300 or more are eligible for the ‘HKD1: (A)1’ special offer, available every Monday from now until end of June, 2018.
