Asia Miles Launches Brand New Dining Experiences For Food And Wine Lovers

Asia Miles teams up with the city’s best dining establishments to present uniquely themed dining experiences, such as last February's sold out meet and greet with esteemed British chef Gordon Ramsay at Bread Street Kitchen. Asia Miles returns with yet another all-star lineup of events come November. Here are some of the highlights of the campaign you should not miss.
Headlining this year’s Asia Miles dining campaign is a rare opportunity to meet Jean-Georges Vongerichten, the celebrity chef behind Lan Kwai Fong’s Mercato. Celebrated for his innovative flavour combinations and his restaurants located in the world’s biggest food capitals—from New York to Tokyo to Shanghai—Jean-Georges returns to Hong Kong with a meet-and-greet dinner event at Mercato on November 12, 2017. The chef himself will team up with resident chef de cuisine Anthony Burd in an Asia Miles exclusive one-night-only five-course menu that is sure to deliver some surprises for guests. The Jean-Georges Vongerichten meet-and-greet dinner is priced at HK$688 per person with 10% service charge, and will take place on November 12 (Sunday) from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm at Mercato. This event is exclusive to Asia Miles members, and reservations with Asia Miles membership number are available now.

Following the success of Ramsay’s event, Asia Miles has returned to Bread Street Kitchen to present its inaugural Lobster Wellington Masterclass, hosted by the restaurant’s Head Chef Gareth Packham, Ramsey’s protégé and front man at the Lan Kwai Fong establishment. Guests will start off with a welcome drink, followed by a hands-on experience to create their individual Lobster Wellington, served with signature Bread Street Kitchen canapés and desserts after the cooking class. The exclusive Lobster Wellington Masterclass is priced at HK$888 per person all-inclusive and will take place at the restaurant on November 25 (Saturday) at 7:00 pm. Another unique masterclass experience for Asia Miles members will be a lesson on how to make the perfect winter festive cocktail with Antonio Lai, one of Hong Kong’s most celebrated creative mixologists, and visionary behind esteemed bars such as Quinary, The Envoy, and Vea. Lai is set to host a masterclass for up to 20 attendees, with a step-by-step demonstration and hands-on experience to create two exclusive seasonal cocktails, paired with two bar snacks. This mixology masterclass is priced at HK$550 per person inclusive of a welcome drink, two snacks, and the cocktail class. The event will take place at Vea on November 18 & 25 (Saturday)from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Ticketing commences on November 8.
