The market-style establishment will include three new restaurants

After an initial launch in April 2019, with Holt’s Café, Butterfly Room, and Legacy House under its belt, Rosewood Hong Kong is set to open Bayfare Social, part of the second wave of restaurant openings come autumn this year.  
 
Occupying the fifth floor of Victoria Dockside adjacent to the luxury hotel, Bayfare Social is a hub featuring a food market and three dining concepts, including an Indian restaurant celebrating tandoori dishes from Northern India, a Texan-style steak house, as well as a third concept set to open in 2020. This new all-day dining establishment will be designed by Europe’s Parts and Labor Design, and feature one-stop food market style dining with over-the-counter dining options from bakery breakfasts to convenient take-out options of sandwiches and salads, charcuterie and tapas counters. There will be private dining areas as well for larger parties, including one table located within the wine cellar. 
 
Bayfare Social is set to open autumn 2019.
