Black Sheep Restaurants’ acclaimed bistro welcomes the new year with a special one-night-only menu

Black Sheep Restaurants’ Belon is ringing in the new year with an exclusive night of gourmet delights on New Year’s Eve. Guests visiting on the last day of 2016 can indulge in multiple courses of the restaurant’s signature dishes, starting with home leavened bread, followed by fresh oysters with champagne mignonette, torchon of foie gras with Perigord truffles, Hokkaido sea urchin with sweet potato and salted butter, and whole roasted chicken with pommes Anna, among others. The New Year’s Eve menu is priced at HK$1,088 per person, with an additional wine pairing option of HK$600 per person.
